Some Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to discuss Dele Alli, amid what is a period of stagnation for the midfielder.

The England international is yet to score, or even assist, a league goal so far this season for Spurs, following a 2018/19 campaign in which he was far from his best.

Alli netted just five goals last season in the Premier League, a tally that pales in comparison to the numbers he was hitting in his early days at Tottenham.

The 23-year-old scored 10 goals and recorded nine assists in his first Premier League season back in 2015/16, and then went on to bag a stunning 18 goals from midfield in the following season.

Sadly, Alli finds himself stuck in a difficult period, and as a result, his poor form has got some Spurs fans on Twitter talking.
